Our Approach
There are times in every organisation's journey when the most important thing to focus on is human connection. Perhaps your team is fully remote or you have made a lot of new hires following an investment round. Maybe your team has hired a new CEO or reached a big milestone. In these moments a nature retreat can be a great way to build team culture and celebrate an investment round or the anniversary of the company.

Our approach is encourage more co-creation, where we think of creative ways to personalise the experience and get everyone feeling engaged and excited in the process.
Play & Wellness
We believe that there are two elements that can really make a team social retreat successful and that is play and wellness. We can offer a wide range of activities and games that can help to build a spirit of community within your organisation.
We also take care of all the logistics
We do more than just provide a venue. We help you with the design, food, transportation, facilitation and follow up so that everyone in your team can feel relaxed and fully participate in the programme.

Hosted at Selga rs
Selgars Mill Estate is a nature venue in mid-Devon (2 hours by train from London Paddington) that is filled with a unique mix of indoor and outdoor spaces that include a 200m2 events barn, cosy stone cottages, an 18th century converted Mill House, countless fireplaces, kitchens, waggons, cabins, woodlands, bridges, ponds, wild birds, starlit skies, secluded fields and moments of magic and art at every corner.

During the bootcamp the land becomes our office. We will be weaving nature connection and wellness activities throughout the programme to unlock creativity and peak performance.
We are looking to connect with businesses that are looking to invest in offsites, team building and wellness, but want to be more strategic in how that budget is spent so that tangible and measurable outcomes are created.
Facilitation Team
Anton Chernikov
Anton is an entrepreneur who has been working at the intersection of tech, sustainability and real estate for the past 15 years. He is the founder/owner of House of Transformation and Selgars.
Throughout my life and career I have been researching and experimenting with how to cultivate states of sustained focus and flow. What I have learned is the importance of consistent self-reflection, somatic practices for regulating your nervous system and spending time in nature when making big strategic decisions and processing complex emotional dynamics and situations. The process of inner transformation requires us to get out of our default patterns of thinking and behaviour, and to listen to the wisdom that exists within our emotions, sensations and embodied intuition.

SOMOS at Selgars and Focus & Flow in London is my way of sharing the most effective tools and practices that have enabled me to develop as a person and asa leader.

Morgane Oleron
The Power of community is real, and it can bring chaos or flow.
My job is to support human centred companies and coliving spaces in finding ways to create the right conditions for a genuine and strong community to blossom, and put processes in place that will nurture engagement, belonging and accountability.
I'm a (human) copywriter, content creator, event-operations-communications manager, and so much more than those titles. I live to write stories, (be) inspire(d), bring people together and create meaningful moments.
I also host the podcast "The Humans Inside the Pods", discussing with residents about their experience living in communities.
I recently published a book called Have Your Cake and Share It Too, talking about my experience of community living and all the questions, challenges and learnings it brought with respect to the Society I was brought up in and the world I wish to live in.
