It is better to be present than prepared
A co-created needs-based gathering...
You are invited to a gathering for all cohort participants, alumni of the Regenerators Journey and friends. This event is a co-created, experimental gathering and not a traditional retreat/workshop. We co-hold the space, co-dream, co-weave and co-facilitate. There will be an organising team of stewards coordinating our efforts but don’t come with the expectation of being entertained and catered to - but with the excitement of co-creating and diving deep together.
Alumni and course participants are also welcome to invite friends and colleagues who share our regenerative values. We see these gatherings as opportunities to grow the wider regenerators community, experiment as facilitators, respond to the needs that are alive in the group and practice the art of letting go of control and being in the present moment.
What to expect...
This gathering is an opportunity to bring the ideas and concepts of the regenerators journey to life. It is a lifelong journey after all. For 5 days we will become a small village and it is up to us to decide together how to make this experience impactful and transformational for everyone. We will share and map our needs, expertise, projects and dreams. We co-design an emergent programme. We will challenge each other to trust the process and co-facilitate different sessions. Everyone is a participant, and everyone is a placeholder too.

We will draw on what has worked well in the past two gatherings. There will be time for silence, nature connection and deep dialogue around the questions and topics that are most alive and present in the group. There will be evening fires, cold dips, creative and embodied sessions.
Our intention is to create a safe space for co-learning and regenerative being. We will place trust in how the gathering unfolds without a predetermined rigid agenda.

Theses gatherings are hosted at Selgars Mill Estate, a venue that is filled with a unique mix of indoor and outdoor spaces that include a 200m2 events barn, cosy stone cottages, an 18th century converted Mill House, countless fireplaces, kitchens, waggons, cabins, woodlands, bridges, ponds, wild birds, starlit skies, secluded fields and moments of magic and art at every corner.
