Taking over an old Mill has been quite an adventure indeed, and in many ways, we are still learning. If we make mistakes along the way while trying to figure it out, we apologize in advance and thank you for your patience!
The most important thing to start with is that, unlike many coliving spaces, we do not have a dedicated Community Manager in the House. In our experience, the best and most authentic communities are the ones people stay longer in and the ones that are self-managed as much as possible: no toilet paper? Refill it. Is the trash full? Empty it. We are lucky to have a workshop full of tools, so very few things can’t be fixed!
That doesn't mean we don’t need some guidance; we are here with you along the way. And here are some ground rules for the magic to build on top!
